From Raw Data to Agentic Workflows: A Deep Dive into Patient Journey Intelligence

AI agents are getting a lot of attention, but in healthcare, an agent is only as effective as the data it can access, interpret, and trust. In this session, we go under the hood of the Patient Journey Intelligence (PJI) platform to show how raw, multimodal healthcare data is transformed into AI-ready insights.

We will walk through live workflows for data integration across fragmented clinical sources, data enrichment using specialized medical LLMs and NLP, and the use of agents and tools for high-value tasks such as cohort building, patient-level exploration, and clinical trial matching. We will also show how PJI maintains a single source of truth through OMOP-based multimodal data harmonization, while enabling human-in-the-loop data curation and governance needed for high-quality, regulatory-grade secondary use of clinical data.
